About Tekno Mage

Hi! I’m Tekno Mage, better known as Mike Robinson, an IT professional for 20+ years. I support businesses all day, and want to help the individual who doesn’t have a support team during my down time. It’s not always an option to have someone help you after hours, or on the weekend, especially in today’s world where remote/work from home is so prevalent. I want you to feel that you’ve had a magical experience with our tech support, and we will do our best to provide quick answers if you want help to figure it out on your own, even before you have used our services, and we will work to grow our community to provide a homegrown network for questions and answers.
